Switch 2 Physical - Short Q&A! 🚀
Are you still doing Trading Cards for SW2?
Yes, but now as an optional add-on. This helps keep the Standard Edition price as budget friendly as possible, while still giving collectors the option to pick them up.
Will the game sticker still be included?
Yes! Stickers have a brand new design to match the game art. They will be sent with your order but not sealed inside the game (just like our PS5 releases).
Will there be a Slipcover?
Every Switch 2 release includes a numbered SRG slipcover - Minishoot is #01, next up #02, and so on.
Collectors can display whichever spine they prefer whether that’s the SRG numbered side or the official SW2 spine.
Does the game still include the manual inside?
Yes, every game includes a full-colour manual inside the case.
Is the game factory sealed?
Every game case and slipcover is factory sealed. We’ve removed the old cellophane bags to minimise plastic and help your collection look cleaner on the shelf.
Prefer no slipcover? You can remove it and still keep your game sealed.
How do Switch 2 pre-orders work?
Switch 2 titles will launch as open pre-orders before moving to limited quantities shortly after.
We won’t release the same title on both Switch and Switch 2 - each release will be one or the other, though some Switch 2 titles may also have a PS5 version.
Why introduce a Special Edition?
It’s our first step into offering a more complete set of extras designed as a budget-friendly way for collectors to get additional content alongside the game. We know developers put so much work into their games, it’s great to be able to show them off in a boxed edition.
How often are you releasing SW2 games?
We have around 4-5 in the plan for 2026 and we’ll ensure they’re spaced out so we don’t crunch on your wallets. Minishoot’ Adventures is our first and we’re offering a PB of 2 SW2 releases with it, so you can pick up #1 and #2 at the same time to make things easier.
Will you still be releasing SW1 games?
Yes, absolutely! We have an exciting line up planned for the rest of 2026 so SW2 is an addition we’re introducing slowly, but it’s not a replacement - there are still many great Switch titles we’d love to have a physical release!
