US Shipping Update

Great news! We’re pleased to announce that US orders will start shipping next week! We’ve found a solution for shipping your orders that were temporarily held due to the new US tariff rules (effective August 29th). When your orders were placed, duty was not collected from you. However, duty subsequently needed to be paid for orders to be delivered to the USA.

We understand there’s been a delay, and we’ve been working hard to ensure your games reach you without additional cost to you. We’re now able to ship these orders via Royal Mail with a DDP service and, the good news is, we’ll be covering the duty on your behalf, so you won’t incur any additional shipping or duty charges on delivery.

As a small business, this isn’t something we can absorb for orders going forward, so you may have noticed that we started collecting duties for new shipments from September 3rd. To help you save on costs, we highly recommend taking advantage of our 3-game bundles if you like to collect every game - it can save you nearly $23 on shipping fees to buy the bundle compared to placing 3 individual game orders!

For those who previously selected a FedEx service, we will unfortunately need to switch your shipping service to Royal Mail. The duty and handling fees applied by FedEx are prohibitive, so we are moving to an alternative service with Royal Mail for large parcels. We will contact you directly to arrange this adjustment.

We’ll begin shipping your orders on Monday, October 6th, and aim to clear the backlog within two and a half weeks. You can find the full shipping schedule for your orders on our website.
