US Customers - When will my order ship?

NEW ORDERS PLACED ON/AFTER 3RD SEPT:
Following the new USA Tariff rules, which started from 29th August, all orders placed on/after 3rd September will have duty charges applied at checkout so that they can ship with the new RM DDP service.
For games that are available/in hand, we will ship them within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
For newer releases, they will ship as per the timings on the 'Shipping Dates - Non-USA' tab.


ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO 3RD SEPT:
We're now able to ship these orders via Royal Mail with a DDP service and, the good news is, we'll be covering the duty on your behalf, so you won't incur any additional shipping or duty charges on delivery. 

We will also ensure this page is regularly updated.
