US Customers - When will my order ship?

NEW ORDERS PLACED ON/AFTER 3RD SEPT:
Following the new USA Tariff rules, which started from 29th August, all orders placed on/after 3rd September will have duty charges applied at checkout so that they can ship with the new RM DDP service.
For games that are available/in hand, we will ship them within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
For newer releases, they will ship as per the timings on the 'Shipping Dates - Non-USA' tab.


ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO 3RD SEPT:
As these orders do not have the tariffs paid, we are continuing to review the quickest and most economical way to get these orders to you. We will have more news on this very soon!
