The product itself was fine that being said, the experience with ANY customer service was terrible. I reached out multiple times in order to ask for questions and both times I was responded incorrectly and kindly sent a link to check for any questions. The problem was, the link and the questions available on the website Super Rare Games did not answer my actual questions. Even after communicating the entire name of the product, product code and everything, the response received regarded a different product. On top of that, my order was shipped out 2 weeks late. I would have been okay with the delay as long as it was communicated but the fact that no one reached out to inform me on the delay and the fact that when I tried to ask about my order and the product their response regarded a different product and they did not even check on my order led me to have a bad experience overall. The only reason it is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because the production itself was nice.
